It is quaint, comfortable, and private - the perfect place for meals and those moments when you just want to unwind. Enjoy the warmth and coziness of Evergreen's living space and newly remodeled kitchen and bath. With three bedrooms, Evergreen provides comfort for up to seven guests.

- Utensils, dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker
- Living room with futon
- Iron/ironing board, portable electric fans

- Three bedrooms, one double bed, three twin beds,
- and one full bunk bed

2011 Rates
$140 daily during off-season* | $1,125 weekly during regular season
* Off-season rates valid with minimum two-night stay prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day.
